PayRun is a comprehensive payroll calculation system that streamlines HR administration and payroll processing for organizations of all sizes. With a range of functionalities including management of registers, document management, and report management, PayRun has everything you need to manage your payroll effectively.
Our system offers comprehensive management of registers, including personal data on employees, claimants of salary deductions, banks, and holidays and non-working days. This helps you keep track of all your payroll-related information in one place.
Our document management features allow you to easily input and track agreements and annexes such as employment contracts, internship contracts, and copyright agreements. You can also track attendance and absences, including leave initiated by employees and the company, as well as earnings, salary deductions, and travel orders.
Our report management features include the ability to generate payroll declarations, gross-net reports per employee, summary reports, bookkeeping orders, payslips in multiple languages, and travel orders. You can also generate Epdd XML for payments with personal income tax.
In addition, PayRun allows you to customize and print documents such as employment contracts, decisions for annual leave, and proof of salary. This helps you streamline your HR and payroll processes and provide top-notch service to your clients.
Our Story
RSM is a global network of audit, tax, and advisory firms, with a strong presence in Macedonia through RSM Macedonia. RSM Macedonia has been active on the market since 2004 and has been part of the RSM network since 2012. We are one of the largest companies in our business sector, with over 40 employees and multiple offices across the country.
As a company that processes large number of payroll calculations each month, we understand the importance of timely, accurate, compliant, and secure payroll processing. We also understand that different clients have different needs when it comes to payroll calculation and reporting. That’s why we couldn’t find a matching solution on the market that met all of our needs and the needs of our clients.
So, we decided to develop our own solution: PayRun. PayRun is a comprehensive payroll calculation system that is designed to meet the needs of organizations of all sizes. It is a web-based, SaaS system that is multitenant, multicompany, multilanguage, and multicurrency, making it easy to use for clients across the globe.
With PayRun, you can easily manage registers, input and track documents, and generate a variety of reports. Our system also offers flexible calculation options through Blueprints, allowing you to adjust your payroll calculation rules without programming. PayRun places a strong emphasis on security, with data encryption and user permissions in place to protect sensitive information. We are also certified for operating an Information Security Management System, so you can trust that your data is in good hands.
